Biography:
Cat Tully has served in multiple high-ranking institutions seeking to improve their policy and planning processes. In the past decade alone she has worked for Procter & Gamble, Christian Aid, the World Bank, the British Prime Minister’s Office and the British Foreign and the Commonwealth Office.

With heavy international experience in Africa and Europe, Ms. Tully has worked since 2010 as the Director of FromOverHere, providing thought leadership on strategy in 21st century foreign & development policy. She has also acted as the Adviser to a Select Committee inquiry, provided evidence to Parliament, piloted an international comparative study, and conducted research and policy development for the United States government.
