Dr. Franklin Foster has published books, chapters, and articles in a variety of disciplines. Among his many specialties, he has designed, built and maintained web sites for several companies and organizations. He has presented up to 18 presentations per week re: university level history and political studies courses, and evaluated the writing, research and critical thinking skills of over 4,000 students. Among his many works, he has published a book length biography of Alberta Premier John E. Brownlee, designed, wrote, and published an illustrated history book and a web site the City of Lloydminster’s Centennial, and presented courses and workshops to a wide variety of academic and community groups.
