Joseph Compton spent the last 10 years consulting with community banks across the United States, that have ranged in size from 14 million dollars in assets to well over 10 billion dollars in assets. His work with banks includes: security audits and testing, IT security program development and training, BCP planning, training and testing activities, IT strategic planning activities, RFP development and system selection projects, and fractional CIO services.
He’s at the present a Principle at Core Information Management, Inc. a technology management firm that specializes in IT Audit, IT Security Management, BCP Planning, and contract CIO services to the community banking industry in the United States.
Mr. Compton is a nationally recognized speaker and educator, and has relationships with many state and national bank groups, as well as having a solid reputation with various federal examiners including: The Federal Reserve, The FDIC, The OTS, and The OCC.
