Matthew McLean is the founder and president of Endsight Consulting. He has over 20 years of US foreign policy and government contracting experience. Prior to entering the private sector, he was chief of staff and vice president of the Millenium Challenge Corporation, a staff member of the House International Relations Committee and a member of the National Security Council Staff for three tours, covering Africa and peacekeeping affairs.

Biography:
Matthew McLean is the founder and president of Endsight Consulting. He has spent over 20 years contracting in support of US government and foreign policy affairs. This experience includes launching Justice Services International, which supported the State Department’s Criminal Justice Program.

Prior to entering the private sector, McLean was chief of staff and vice president of the Millenium Challenge Corporation. He had previously worked as a professional staff member for the House International Relations Committee, in which he drafted laws to conducted oversight of US foreign aid programs. Before working in Congress, he was a member of the National Security Council staff for three tours, covering Africa and peacekeeping affairs. He was also a policy advisor at USAID.
