Dr. Robert Farley
Dr. Farley is an associate professor for the Patterson School of Diplomacy and International Commerce at the University of Kentucky, where he specializes in military doctrine, transnational politics, and national security. He is the author of several journal articles and book chapters, and contributes weekly to World Politics Review, in addition to frequent commentaries at a variety of publications.
Biography:
Dr. Robert Farley is an associate professor for the Patterson School of Diplomacy and International Commerce at the University of Kentucky, where he specializes in military doctrine, transnational politics, and national security. He is the author of several journal articles and book chapters, and contributes weekly to World Politics Review, where he writes the column “Over the Horizon.”
His commentaries have also appeared in publications such as the Guardian, the American Prospect, Foreign Policy, International Fleet Review, and the Korea Times. He also contributes to the popular political blog, Lawyers, Guns, and Money, and the noted naval and maritime affairs blog Information Dissemination.
