Mr. Leung is a well-acclaimed international and independent China strategist with more than 40 years close interface with China in a variety of capacities. Before founding his consultancy firm, he was Hong Kong’s de facto “ambassador” to the U.K. and 14 European countries. In 1990, he was invited ad personam by the State Department to brief corporate America on China beyond Tiananmen Square at month-long fully-sponsored meetings with senior executives of Fortune 50 multinationals. He is a speaker on China at international conferences worldwide and interviewee with major international TV channels. Many of his research papers and articles are published globally, including in International Relations and Diplomacy, The Turkish Policy Quarterly, and The South China Morning Post among others. He gives strategic advice on China to hedge funds, banks and governments.
