Dr. Franklin Foster has published books, chapters, and articles in a variety of disciplines. Among his many specialties, he has designed, built and maintained web sites for several companies and organizations. He has presented up to 18 presentations per week in university level history and political studies courses, and evaluated the writing, research and critical thinking skills of over 4,000 students. Among his many works, Dr. Foster has published a book-length biography of Alberta Premier John E. Brownlee as well as having designed, wrote, and published an illustrated history book and a web site the City of Lloydminster’s Centennial, and presented courses and workshops to a wide variety of academic and community groups.
