Dr. Joe Hogler has extensive experience as a Researcher, Analyst, and Author with both the RAND Corporation and the Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) in Washington, D.C. Dr. Hogler served as a Colonel in the U.S. Air Force, holding positions at the he U.S. Joint Staff as a strategic planner for the Global War on Terrorism, chief of the Strategic Initiatives Group, and as chief of the Combating WMD office.
Biography
He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Kent in Canterbury, England. He was formerly a Colonel in the U.S. Air Force, holding positions at the he U.S. Joint Staff as a strategic planner for the Global War on Terrorism, chief of the Strategic Initiatives Group, and as chief of the Combating WMD office.
He has published articles in Strategic Review, Joint Force Quarterly, and the Defense Institute of Security Assistance Management Journal, and is co-author of several books, including the recent publications Assessing the Effectiveness of the International Counterproliferation Program.
