Since 2006 Dr. Kristina Soukupova has worked as the Aerospace & Defence Practice Director at I3CAS Ltd. She is also a Consultant at the Naval Postgraduate School, and Visiting Professor at the University of West Bohemia. From 2010-2011 she served as the Co-Author and Consultant on the White Paper on Defence at the Ministry of Defence in the Czech Republic.

Biography

Dr. Kristina Soukupova works at I3CAS Ltd. where she analyses current and future force requirements for a number of European armed forces. She identifies potential solution providers and procurement strategies assisting the client with effective defence/security transformation.

Prior to that she launched a program for the publication of scholarly books in Open Access model in Defense, Security and Conflict Studies at Versita, where she solicited and evaluated book proposals submitted by authors from around the world.

From 2010-2011 she served as the Co-Author and Consultant on the White Paper on Defence at the Ministry of Defence in the Czech Republic. Before her work at the Ministry of Defence she worked as a Defence Analyst and Consultant at Frost & Sullivan, where she acted as the team’s leading analyst for projects involving Eastern European and Balkan defence markets and business development principal contact for this area.
