Michael J. Lotus has 25 years of experience in in law practice and he’s currently a well-known lawyer at the Howard Law Firm in Chicago. He provides state-of-the art, cost-effective, personalized legal services for individuals and businesses in civil disputes and transactional matters, focusing on commercial and construction litigation, and plaintiff-side
personal injury and medical malpractice.

Mr. Lotus was also a partner at Winston & Strawn law office in Chicago, Illinois. There he worked on Litigation, Tobacco Litigation. first-chaired four-week jury trial (pro bono). Researched and drafted pleadings, motions and briefs, discovery; appeared in court; took depositions and presented witnesses for deposition. Had primary responsibility for several commercial cases.

He is currently working on a book about the cultural foundations of American freedom and he Blog as “Lexington Green” on the ChicagoBoyz.net blog, where he hosted roundtable discussions of On War by Carl von Clausewitz, Xenophon’s Anabasis, and predictions about Afghanistan 2050.
