Mr. Olavarrieta is a seasoned expert in the field of foreign procurement between federal governments, particularly between the United States and Mexico. In addition to his expertise in public procurement between the US and Mexico, he is also well versed in the study of immigration and its impact on US/Mexico security.

Mr. Olavarrieta has spent close to a decade working with the Mexican Federal government as advisor procurement to the Mexican Embassy, as well as serving on congressional staffs for the Congress of Mexico. In the mid 2000’s he was instrumental in the founding of several internet start-up companies that incorporated technology and government procurement to efficiently generate services to the general public as well as social media functions.
Mr. Olavarrieta has received a certificate in National Security from Georgetown in addition to his Master’s in Public Administration from NYU. He received his law degree from ITES Monterrey in 1997 where he also taught international law and geopolitics in 2009. He currently operates a legal firm that advises companies who seek to do business with the Mexican Federal Government.
