Paul Szymanski has over 39 years of military operations research experience and 36 years experience in space warfare. Prior to his current work at Metatech Corporation, he worked as the Schafer Corporation’s Group Manager designing and managing simulations for Crew Exploration Vehicles, Airborne Tactical Laser, and Spacecraft rendezvous. From 1994-2003 he was the Principal Engineer at ManTech Aegis Research Corporation. In this position he made Space architecture assessments, Information Warfare analyses, Military exercise, wargaming and experiment scenario generation, and analysis, and Orbital dynamics sensor coverage calculations.
Prior to these positions he served as the Project Engineer in the Program Office at the Aerospace Corporation and as the Senior Analyst at ANSER Corporation.
He has done considerable work in the fields of Space Situational Awareness (SSA) assessments, Space surveillance/imaging, orbital dynamics and sensor coverage analyses, Space systems battle management, command, control and communications (BMC3), and Modeling and simulation of conceptual space weapons, sensors and targets.
